This form is for selected vendors to confirm contact information for the 2017 Subaru Cherry Blossom Festival. Only invited vendors will be given space at the festival. If you would like to be a vendor but have not been invited, please use this form instead.
Artist Alley ($150) vendors will receive one (1) 6’ table and two (2) chairs.
NPO/Friends ($250) vendors will receive one (1) 6’ table, two (2) chairs, and indoor space.
Regular ($400) vendors will receive one (1) 10’x10’ tent, up to four (4) 6’ tables, and up to six (6) chairs.
If you need electricity at your table, there is an additional $50 electricity fee.

Checks must be made payable to Japan America Society of Greater Philadelphia. Business forms can be scanned and emailed to email@example.com or sent by mail to Japan America Society of Greater Philadelphia, 200 S. Broad Street, Suite 910, Philadelphia, PA 19102.
All vendor registrations much be submitted by March 1st.
All commercial activity licenses must be received by April 1st.
