The centerpiece event of the Subaru Cherry Blossom Festival, Sakura Sunday is a celebration of all things Japanese. Opening ceremonies get things started at 10:30 am, giving way to a full slate of activities, including:

Adults $5 / Children (14 & under) free. Pets on leads are welcome. Pre-sale tickets are not available. No credit cards.
Event parking is available near the Mann Music Center for $10 (Buses $20). A courtesy shuttle runs from the lot to the entrance, but the lots are just a few minutes walk from the entrance. There will be a handicap accessible shuttle.
Shuttle bus service from Center City will run continuously from in front of the Union League (Broad & Sansom Streets) beginning at 10:00 am. The $10 round trip fee and admission will be charged at the bus stop. Return shuttles depart from the bridge by Shofuso with final shuttles departing at 4:30 pm.
The Horticulture Center is a short bike ride away from Center City and West Philadelphia and there is plenty of bicycle parking available. Septa routes 38 & 64 also have stops nearby.
Vendors of Japanese and other foods will be on site. Guests are welcome to bring their own picnic lunches. Alcohol is not permitted at the event.
